Bennett Gold LLP's Privacy Survey Tool

The Privacy Survey Tool is a downloadable zip file that expands into a plug-in utility for webmasters. The tool gathers customer/user feedback regarding e-commerce and stores the data in an Access database.

The questions contained in the survey are as follows:

1) Are you concerned about protecting your privacy when participating in on-line activities?

2) Do you believe that on-line companies will actually honour privacy policies posted at their site?

3) Would you be more inclined to participate in on-line transactions if you had greater assurances that your privacy would not be compromised?

4) Would you be more comfortable about on-line transactions if the site had a privacy seal or some other demonstration that a third-party audit of its privacy policies has been completed?
